The parents evening is an ideal opportunity to ask advice for how pupils can achieve their very best in the upcoming GCSE courswork and/or examinations. Appointments should be made by pupils with all of their teachers in lesson time.

All Parents of pupils at Stanwell School are invited to attend a meeting with the ESTYN Registered Inspector. Parents will have received a letter describing the aim of this meeting along with a short questionnaire asking for views about the education your child receives at Stanwell School.

Stanwell School has a long tradition of running successful ski holidays to a variety of European ski resorts. This February a group of 50+ pupils are travelling to the Tirol region of Austria for what promises to be a magical week of alpine skiing with style.

February half term begins. Return to school Monday 22nd for normal school timetable.

Preparation for the School Eisteddfod for Year 7 starts today. All students are invited to take part in home/subject competitions as well as stage performances.

All parents of Year 10 pupils are invited to attend this parents evening to discuss the progress being made by their son/daughter in all subject areas. Please ensure that appointments are made by pupils using the appointments sheet given to them.

Preparation for the Eisteddfod for Years 9 begins today. All pupils are invited to join in class/homework as well as the on stage performing competitions.
