On Friday 4th November, sixth form Art & Design students received a guided tour of the Artes Mundi exhibition, an internationally focused arts organisation which identifies, recognises and supports contemporary visual artists who engage with the human condition, social reality and lived experience. Best known for its biennial international Exhibition and Prize, it was a visual interpretation of their studies for the Welsh Baccalaureate.
Students were encouraged to respond to the exhibits using sophisticated critical language.
