“Design a Bag”

Competition

GCSE DT Textiles pupils recently entered a competition set by the designer ‘Lisa Lam’. We have just found out that one of our Year 9 pupils Nicole O’Grady is the winner of the competition. There were over 800 entries in England & Wales of all ages.

Nicole wins a computerised sewing machine and Lisa Lam will make up her bag for her. The bag will be published and a paper pattern will be available to buy. Many congratulations to Nicole and all the other pupils who created very impressive designs.
