The French department enjoyed a visit to the seaside town of Boulogne in July. 42 pupils from Year 7 spent two days practising their French and sampling the delights of French culture and cuisine. Highlights included visiting Nausicaa, Boulogne’s aquarium, bartering for trinkets at the morning market in Wimereux and making and, bien sûr, eating our own crêpes in a traditional restaurant. C’était super!
