Geography Field Trip 2011
As part for their AS G2 Changing Human Environments studies, 18 Year 12 students completed a field study day in Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay. During the day the students explored urban decline, migration, regeneration, social deprivation and retail change. Mr Baldwin led the students on a transect, systematically stopping at places of specific interest (Coal Exchange, Salvation Army Centre and the Italian Cafe) along the way. An enjoyable day was had by all, with plenty of primary data collected for analysis.
