Geographical Interest in Penarth

On the 15th and 16th of December 40 Year 12 eager Geography students and their teachers took off in the mini buses to explore places of Geographical Interest in South Wales (with a little help from the Tutors at Margam Discovery Field Studies Centre. Day one involved Flood management on the River Afon in Port Talbot, while Day two involved an investigation into the challenges facing the two rural villages of Llanelly Hill and Llangynidr. The students had a real experience comparing the two settlements.
