St David’s Day Parade

Posted on: Monday 02nd March 2015

The Welsh department and a selection of Year 7 pupils took part in the St David’s Day parade in Cardiff on Sunday. The pupils were close to the front of the parade with yellow and red dragon flags. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the day and soak up the lively atmosphere. The parade finished at Cardiff castle just in time for Welsh cakes before a dramatic change in the weather. The Stanwell school section even appeared on the ITV news. Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant hapus i chi!
