During October half term, 44 students from Years 11-13 and 6 members of staff visited New York on a Performing Arts trip. The itinerary included seeing ‘Frozen’ and ‘The Play That Goes Wrong’ on Broadway, a workshop with Broadway performers, a visit to the Statue of Liberty and the Rockerfellar Centre, 9/11 Museum visit and supporting the New York Knicks play in Maddison Square Gardens. We also met Lin-Manuel Miranda in Central Park, and he rapped about Cardiff for us, it was the trip of a lifetime!
