Yr 10 Girls' Basketball

Year 10 girls' basketball team have had a tremendous year so far as they were entered into the Welsh Schools Basketball Competition in November and turned out fantastic performances against Whitmore and St Cyres schools which meant that they progressed to the Regional Finals in Cardiff University.

Once again they put in outstanding victorious performances against Garth Olwg and Ysgol Glantaf which led to them to progress to the National Basketball Finals held in Bangor University.

Here, they played against Holyhead and Dyffryn Aman. The girls standard of play was exceptional and due to their passion, hard work and sheer determination, they came away with the 2 wins needed to become the overall National Welsh Schools Basketball Champions 2023.
