A Level results day at Stanwell was a time for celebration of the outstanding results achieved by Year 12 and Year 13. Students, their families and school staff are incredibly proud of their grades which reflect the talent, hard work and dedication shown throughout their chosen courses.

With 37% of all entries achieving A* and A grades and 84% A*- C, there certainly was a great deal to celebrate this year! As well as the success of the cohort there were also very many superb individual results with 26 pupils achieving 4 A*-A grades.

Mr Matthew Gershenson, Head of Year 13 said, “we are proud of all our students and they really deserve all the praise and appreciation today! They have been a wonderful year group and we wish them the very best for the next chapter of their lives in university or employment.”

Mr Owen Flatley, Assistant Headteacher, who attended the results day along with many other staff members to congratulate the students and liaise with higher education providers said, “results day is always such a rewarding experience as students see the concrete results of all the hours of study and revision, setting them up with excellent habits for their futures. I’d like to congratulate them on behalf of all their teachers.
