European Connections

11th May 2022

On Tuesday 10th May, we were honoured to host a visit of educational professionals from Lithuania, Norway and Denmark.

Our visitors were made up of principals, representatives of the European Commission and senior officials from the Lithuanian Education Ministry. The Principals have been working closely with the British Council for two years to develop their instructional leadership capacity as Lithuania are in the process of introducing a new skills based national curriculum. The purpose of the visit was to focus on developing a shared understanding of curriculum development and National Reform, inclusion, bilingualism, Initial Teacher Training and Professional Learning.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to meet such an interesting group of people and we thank them for their esteemed company. Diolch yn fawr!
