At the Wales National Swimming Championships.Isla successfully defended her title in the 200m Backstroke.She also completed a clean sweep of Gold medals across all backstroke events, adding the 100m and 50m titles to her collection along with Silver medals in the 100m Butterfly, 100m Freestyle, and 200m Individual Medley.

Isla has now been selected for the Wales Foundation Performance Pathway and we wish her every success for the future.
