Thank you to Richard Cox from Ategi for talking to the pupils about his work, and explaining how important a multi-disciplinary approach is when working in Health and Social Care. Certainly something that they need to know for their qualification. pic.twitter.com/8Nj8GKub9j— Geraldine Doyle (CW) () February 25, 2026

20th Oct 2025

The Charity Committee at Stanwell are proud to announce that a remarkable total of £10,745.08 has been raised in support of various charities over the course of the year. This achievement reflects the generosity and community spirit of everyone who contributed, including the hard work and dedication of the charity committee members themselves who gave up time and energy to these wonderful causes. Every pound will help make a real difference—supporting vital causes, improving lives, and strengthening the impact of charitable organisations including Children in Need, The RNLI, Latch, Velindre, Tabernacle Church Foodbank, Young Minds, Red Nose Day and the Royal British Legion. The Committee extends heartfelt thanks to all donors and volunteers for their dedication and compassion in making this fundraising effort a success. This year the Charity Commitee aim to raise an amazing £11,000; they are already working hard on planning their next events which include Children in Need, Candy Canes, more non uniform days and already the successful bake sales. As a school community I am sure that we can all support the in their endeavours.
