Open Day Information

Dear Parents/Carers, 

Open Day
Tuesday 6th October 2026 3.00 – 6.00pm

I am writing to invite you to this year’s Open Day which is on Tuesday 6th October 2026 between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. You will have the opportunity to visit all departments where samples of work will be displayed. There will also be practical demonstrations and various activities taking place. Staff and pupils will be available to answer questions. Parents/carers who have visited previous open days will know that this is an opportunity to see the whole school rather than discuss the progress of individual pupils. Current and prospective parents and pupils along with members of our community are welcome to attend.

To make adequate arrangements to start at 3.00pm pupils will be allowed to go home at 12.35pm.  Limited lunch facilities will be available to pupils who would like to use them until 1.15pm. Pupils are requested not to visit chip shops or local takeaways. Pupils should go straight home when they leave school site. The school buses have been asked to arrive at Stanwell bus stop just after 12.35pm for those pupils who catch the bus home. 

We are aware that there will be many pupils who will be staying or retuning to assist teaching staff and will therefore finish at 6.00pm. Pupils who return to school must be in full school uniform. 

Your cooperation for the event is appreciated and I hope that you are able to visit the school on 6th October. The school require your permission for your child/children to finish school early. Please complete the consent slip at the bottom of this letter and ask your child to return it to the admin office in school.

If the consent form is not returned, the school will arrange for your child to stay in school until 2.55pm.
